Broad Objective

Enhancing livelihood of 358 small and marginal farm families of 38 droughts and flood affected villages of Narasinghpur and Badamba blocks of Cuttack District through promoting organic SRI, SSI in three years.

Specific Objectives

• Motivating indigenous people to participate in regenerating waste/degraded land for cultivation of organic SRI.
• Enhance capacity of the small and marginal farmers/women self help groups with a view to prevent soil erosion, conserving water and natural resources for higher production.
• Coordination with Government Departments and CSOs related to natural resource management for effective project implementation.
• Promotion of farmers union. People’s opinion against chemical fertilizer and pesticides.
• Promotion of organic market.
