a. Staff and resource Deployment:
There are 10 no. of staffs who are technically competent enough to handle the job. They are also oriented and trained from time to time on SRI that has not only improved their proficiency to undertake entrusted tasks efficiently but also mobilizing community & interacting with Govt. line department personnel in good manner.
b. Monitoring & reporting:
The reporting and interacting mechanism of the project is quite regulatory and well scheduled so far project management is concerned. In fact, this has been a part of the ongoing efforts of the organization during the period under reference which reveals its systematic approach to attain the goal ultimately.
On the first day of every month – the organization conducts a review meeting where all the staff discusses activities of the previous month in detail which helps in providing valuable feedback to their colleagues. Moreover, in that meeting – each and every staff prepares action plan for next month and discusses project related matters in detail to ensure scope for proper execution of activities during next month. The staffs are extended maximum possible support and coordination guidance during that period. Over and above – the plan for follow up and monitoring of activities at Office and Field level is also discussed in detail and decided unanimously every month paying proper heed to all activities with the aim of achieving project goal ultimately. Besides this – the organizational policies and plans are discussed and scrutinized by the staffs for its smooth adoption. The staff, those who have underwent training and exposure for their capacity building; they were given scope to discuss in presence of fellow colleagues for their learning.
The COs report to zonal co-coordinator, Zonal co-coordinator reports to P.C. and the P.C. reports to Secretary and donor agency.
